With more than 25 years of surgical experience, Dr Richard Rahdon brings a specialist understanding of tissue healing, post-operative care and scar management to Elari. His experience highlighted the need for more considered solutions beyond the surgical procedure itself, particularly products designed to support patients throughout the scar maturation and recovery process. This perspective led to the development of Elari's silicone-based scar therapies and continues to inform the brand's approach to post-operative care.

With more than 20 years' experience in advanced skin therapy, Adele brings together biomedical science, clinical skin practice and education. After years of creating post-treatment protocols using products from multiple brands, Adele began working alongside Australian chemists to develop formulations specifically around the needs she was seeing in practice. Her approach centres on purposeful formulation, skin barrier support and making sophisticated skin science easier for both practitioners and patients to use.
